Winter is a time when cosy evenings by the fireplace, good interlocutors and, of course, hot drinks will be able to improve the mood. They will warm our bodies and hearts and create the atmosphere so characteristic for the winter season. Therefore, together with the internationally awarded bartender Linards Grundmanis, we have prepared a simple, very tasty, aromatic, warming and vitamin-filled non-alcoholic sea buckthorn warm drink for you. It is exactly what is needed at this time!
HOT VITAMIN MINT
Make mint tea in advance and while the tea is infusing, pour the ingredients - Rochester Ginger soft drink and quince syrup in the cup. Then pour hot infused tea over the ingredients. Put ice in a cocktail shaker, pour sea buckthorn juice and 60 ml of milk, and shake well until froth appears. Then separate the froth from the ice by using a spoon, a sieve or strainer.
